NDIS

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) will provide all Australians under the age of 65 who have a permanent and significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live an ordinary life.  The Partners in Recovery (PIR) program will work with people who have a psychosocial disability to guide you through the NDIS process.

We have the experience and know what works – Centacare FNQ PIR has been working with people with psychosocial disabilities to achieve their recovery goals for many years.

  • We have strong relationships with service providers in the FNQ Region
  • Your NDIS Plan will be independently reviewed by a Support Coordinator to ensure that the services you are connected with are the best for you

If you are not eligible for NDIS funding support or if you choose not to apply, you can continue to work with PIR until the time when this support is no longer required.
